Nine acres, one gathering at a time. You get exclusive use, on-site parking, and a barn where you can lock up decor, coolers, and equipment. Small enough to feel intimate, wide enough that nobody feels crowded.

What doesn't:
- Weddings over 30 guests — we keep it small on purpose
- Overnight camping (unless prearranged for retreats)
- Amplified DJ / live band after 9pm — good neighbors matter
